Cloze Account Creation


1. After requesting to sign up for Cloze on the Source, sign the LIV Cloze Agreement.
2. Agents will receive an automatic confirmation from the Source.
3. Agents will receive an invite to the registered email address (please use name@livsothebysrealty.com email). Now you can begin setting up the account.

4. Agents will be brought to the “Create Your Account” webpage where they will need to enter their email address, choose a password, and then click “Sign Up with Email”

5. Once signed up, Cloze will ask to add an email account. For LIV email, please choose “Office 365”.

6. Add in the LIV email account address: <MyEmail>@livsothebysrealty.com and click “Connect”.

7. Cloze will open the Office 365 login page where the agent will need to enter their password. If an agent has issues with the password, please contact IT@livsir.com for assistance.

8. Once completed, the Cloze page will reopen with a check box next to Office 365 showing the account is linked. Click Next.

9. If agents would like to add a secondary email account, choose the correct service and follow the instructions.

10. Cloze will ask to connect other services such as a phone provider or Dropbox to the account. LIV recommends connecting the phone provider so Cloze can track call history with clients. Once completed, click Next.

11. Choose the “Real Estate” role on the next page and click Next.

12. The Cloze account is now ready to go!
